A few commonsense guidelines for anyone posting comments -

  • Comments are welcomed on this site, I especially like to hear from other triathletes, runners, cyclists & swimmers. Comments can be as important and useful to other readers as anything I write here, if you want to comment please do. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, feel free to have you say, ask a question or just offer some encouragement.

  • Discussion and debate is encouraged but please keep your responses both to me and to each other polite and constructive. Harsh language and profanity are not acceptable are will be removed.

  • Please feel free to post links to relevant sites, if you’re leaving a comment and want to link to something on your own or someone else’s site that is relevant to the topic then by all means do so.

  • Conversley, please don't post irrelevant links, if you leave a comment with a link in it that has no relevance to the post you're commenting on it is likely to be be deleted. This includes links to commercial sites that don't otherwise add something of interest or use to readers of this blog, especially if they're cross-posted on multiple posts.

  • Obviously spam is not welcome, I use spam filters I will delete any spam that gets through these.
