Walking Watch

I had a bit of a panic before heading out for my run this morning, nothing major, but my watch appears to have grown some legs and wandered off somewhere. In some ways it probably doesn't matter, I knew which run I needed to do, but then again, you've probably noticed my mad desire to quantify things. I would be bereft without the means to see how long it took me to complete the route! I fished my old watch out of a drawer so that there would be something there to take stock of what I was doing, which still leaves the question of where the watch is. I was sure I'd put it with my running stuff ready for this morning, it would seem that I didn't. Oh well, I guess it'll turn up somewhere stupid when I'm not madly searching for it in a rush! Anyway, after that flurry of running about the house trying to find it, my run itself went very well. I felt good out there, like I had a pretty good rhythm and I was going with s flow of some sort. I completed the four mile route in 39:11, which I am pretty pleased with, so, a good start to the day.
