Not Quite With It

Bit of an odd run this morning, I didn't particularly want to get out of bed. I was having a very peculiar dream about teaching Ryan maths! Anyway, I got up and out there anyway. What with being bunged up (nice snotty nose), fogged up (a very foggy morning, and glasses that fogged up completely) and somewhat spaced out. Mostly I think it was the not being able to see properly, I didn't really feel attached to my own feet, especially when cars were coming towards me and lighting up my own personal fog, it was like running through a dream world of shining white mist - not much use for seeing where to put your feet! Ah well, four miles later I'm home, and thankfully in one piece!
